How to choose
Which printer is best for all-round confectioners
If you print on a range of items — from gingerbread to large cakes — we'll tell you which models cover every task.
An all-round confectioner needs a printer that can handle different items of different heights — from flat gingerbread to tall cakes.
What matters to an all-rounder
- Printing on items of different heights (up to 12–15 cm)
- Working with uneven surfaces (variation of 5–7 mm)
- Convenient and fast table adjustment
- Good speed on print runs
Model recommendations
- C10 — a model with manual table control, a versatile and reliable choice. It makes sense to choose it when a 20×30 cm printing area is enough for you and the maximum item height is 12 cm. The printer adjusts to item height very quickly.
- C15N — fully automatic, up to 15 cm, printing area 20×30 cm: fewer manual steps, higher speed. Worth choosing if you need speed for producing large batches, and also when the printer’s footprint and appearance are critical.
- E15A3 — fully automatic, up to 15 cm, printing area 30×45 cm. Will be in demand among confectioners who bake cakes: direct printing on cakes and large packaging, larger designs on fondant. The printer is convenient for batch production thanks to more efficient placement of items on the larger table.
